I am an abstract artist based in Manchester, England, where I live with my husband and two daughters. I had always wanted to pursue a career in art and studied art at college and management at university. I went on to take a different career path but despite a full time career I continued to paint, nurturing my love for modern contemporary art for over 20 years.

I work in various mediums but primarily acrylic paints in my home studio in Manchester. My work explores texture, depth, colour and layers focusing on movement, energy and emotions within unique compositions.

My work is constantly evolving and my paintings are a reflection of my personal feelings, thoughts and emotions. I find my inspiration from many different sources but mainly the beauty and colour of landscapes, nature, flowers and the ocean.
